Hello, my name is Linda Zeller and I am the proud owner of BRAVO Carpet Cleaning & Care that started in 2013. To have the quality care that you desire, I have achieved the credentials of Master Textile Technician with the IICRC. To you this means many hours of various types of classes with tests and hands on learning experiences. The IICRC is an international non-profit certifying body that sets the standards for cleaning. I feel it’s important to be informed and educated on how to handle your various flooring care needs.
I love working with people, and value their trust and friendship. We at BRAVO look forward to serving and meeting with you. You will experience the difference with our quality equipment, products used, and trained and educated technicians.
Hello, my name is Duane Zeller and I am proud to be the Operations Manager of BRAVO Carpet Cleaning & Care...
Hello, my name is Duane Zeller and I am proud to be the Operations Manager of BRAVO Carpet Cleaning & Care. I grew up working hard and in one way or another working directly or in-directly in many service fields. My family owned several rental units that had to be cleaned out and also owned several car washes. Once I completed high school, I volunteered for a three year term in the Army (toward the end of the Vietnam War era) where I severed as a Chaplin Assistant. I was the Chaplin’s body guard and yet I was still a soldier, but as time passed my job description changed to interior and exterior cleaning and servicing of all post chapels (this ranged from things like stripping and waxing of flooring, servicing wood flooring and wood furniture, cleaning of carpeting, cleaning of exterior of concrete, and more). Also out of over 300+ troop in my particular platoon, I was among the top five and often number one for every regular and unannounced inspection by the post commander where I was awarded numerous accommodations for. From the time of basic training and throughout my service tour, I cleaned or serviced something. And when someone talks about waxing floors – we really did wax floor. We used Johnson’s floor paste wax and would even take a large metal spoon and scoop up some and light it on fire dripping it onto the floor then buffed it to a gloss. But being a perfectionist, I would work at it till you could read the wattage of the overhead light bulbs in my floor. Since then, we have had a bulk storage and packings facility, and also built over 100 homes. What I have described is really a quick fly over of my life career, in short I have at one time another installed carpeting, hardwood flooring, cabinets, tile and grout, and counter tops; worked with concrete, did roofing, ; cleaned and serviced a lots of fabric and leather materials, and more. Upon my wife starting Bravo Carpet Cleaning and Care, she and I have spent thousands of dollars in professional organizational training classes where we must spend days on end in a class room environment learning from certified instructors, with night time reading and study of books and manuals, then often we must demonstrate what we’ve learned, and then are given written examines that we must pass. I also have achieved the certification of Master Textile Technician, after being a journeyman. We’ve also did the same thing with many corporate suppliers, manufacturers and vendors of ours. Traveling directly to their various United States training facilities. I very much enjoy what I do, and one of the best perks about this business is having the opportunity of meeting many fine people, while observing and/or hearing their expressed pleasure of the quality service we’ve provided. I also just love helping people, there is nothing like it I believe! I hope that you will allow us the opportunity to provide you with quality service.
